In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use any service on the bro33 Platform. This minimum age applies without exception to all features, including free-to-play or demonstration modes where these exist.

2.2 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into a contract of this nature.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on bro33. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Registration Data. You warrant that all information provided during the registration process is truthful, complete, current, and not misleading. bro33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration detail at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where information cannot be verified.

2.5 Compliance with Local Law. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bro33 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bro33 makes no representation that use of the Platform is appropriate, permitted, or lawful in every location.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the betting and gaming services offered by bro33, you must complete the registration process in full, provide accurate personal information, and accept these Terms at the point of sign-up.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bro33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bro33 support immediately.

3.3 Account Security. bro33 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify bro33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, bro33 will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and, where applicable, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. bro33 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time.

3.5 Account Suspension. bro33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where bro33 has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that a Member's account poses a risk-management concern. In the event of suspension, bro33 will communicate the reason to the Member via the registered email address where legally permissible to do so.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bro33 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

bro33 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via the Platform's announcements section.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Maximum limits per transaction and per calendar day are determined by your Account verification tier and the applicable payment provider limits. All transaction limits are displayed in IDR.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your bro33 Account within two to five minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. bro33 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to verified Accounts and payment methods are processed by bro33 within an average of three minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance windows, public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. This policy is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control. Any winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered to the Member's verified identity.

4.6 Fees. bro33 does not charge Members fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, interbank transfer charges, or currency conversion charges. bro33 is not responsible for any such third-party charges.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bro33 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Member via the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of the applicable fee schedule are published in the Platform's Help Centre.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bro33 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific rule and these Terms, the promotion-specific rule shall prevail for the duration of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by bro33 carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain games or markets may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward meeting wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and the winnings derived from them must be wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused or unexpired bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry and will not be converted to real-money balances.

5.4 One Bonus Per Member. Promotional offers are issued to individual verified Members. The use of multiple Accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action including balance forfeiture.

5.5 bro33 Rights Regarding Promotions. bro33 reserves the right to:

• Withdraw, alter, or replace any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Void any wager placed with bonus funds that was structured to arbitrage or exploit promotional conditions.
• Request additional documentation from any Member where bro33 has reasonable grounds to suspect promotion abuse.
• Decline to award a bonus to any Member at bro33's absolute discretion.

6.1 Accepted Bets. All wagers placed on the bro33 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant market — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). These rules are published in the relevant product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Odds and Prices. All sportsbook odds are displayed in the format selected by the Member (Asian Handicap, Decimal, or Fractional). Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted by the system are the odds at which your wager will be settled. bro33 offers competitive pricing across BRI Liga 1, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and all major international football competitions.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. bro33 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) the offered odds contain a manifest error; (b) there is evidence that the outcome of an event was known at the time of placement; (c) the wager exceeds the applicable market limit; or (d) there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed in bad faith or in contravention of these Terms.

6.4 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that contain a manifest error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — bro33 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the Member's Account. bro33 will notify the affected Member via the Platform's messaging system.

6.5 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time. Bets placed on live markets are subject to short windows of bet acceptance. bro33 employs automated systems to manage live pricing; in the event of a delay or disconnection during bet placement, the bet may be declined or voided at the system's determination.

6.6 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager; all selections must win for the parlay to return a profit. Minimum and maximum selections per mix parlay bet, and applicable odds restrictions, are displayed at the point of parlay construction. One voided selection within a mix parlay reduces the parlay by one leg; the remaining selections continue to stand.

6.7 RNG and Slot Games. All slot games, virtual table games, and togel outcomes on bro33 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Each studio partner submits its RNG and Return-to-Player (RTP) data to independent auditors. Published RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on bro33 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

8.1 All content on the bro33 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "bro33", the Platform's logo, user interface design, text content, graphics, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bro33 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted.

8.3 You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from the bro33 Platform without prior written authorisation from bro33. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

9.1 The bro33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bro33 makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from technical errors.

9.2 bro33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation: betting losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.

9.3 bro33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances outside bro33's reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications outages, natural disasters, acts of government, cyber-attacks on third-party infrastructure, or payment provider system failures.

9.4 To the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law, bro33's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to bro33 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that bro33 does not guarantee that you will profit from placing bets on the Platform. All betting and gaming activity is undertaken at your own risk. bro33 strongly encourages all Members to gamble responsibly and within their means. 21+ only.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bro33 holds its operating licence.

10.2 Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels in the applicable licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 bro33 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform. Indonesian members access and use the Platform subject to the applicable laws of their jurisdiction and these Terms.

11.1 bro33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11.2 Where an amendment to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations as a Member, bro33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

11.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request Account closure.
